Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
During new collection launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare each order.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Complimentary standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $100.
International Shipping
We are delighted to ship to many countries around the world.
International delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will gladly help you work with the carrier to locate your shipment.
Multiple Shipments
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, some orders may be shipped in multiple packages.
If this happens, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
